The 20th September
The 20th September of 2019. If we look back to this day in a few years - it will most likely be a historic one. The global climate strike. In over 150 countries people are stepping up to support the fight for a better climate. Kids. Parents. Grandparents. Worker. Homeless. Everyone got to gether for the single same cause. Also thousands in Stuttgart. I was one of them. I had my camera with me and I documented this historical day.

At the end of January I spent a day in Rotterdam with my girlfriend. From 10am to 5pm. We had no real plans and tried to go with the flow of the city. I was impressed by how good it felt to be there. Truly a city I have to visit again. While editing the pictures I felt like black & white reproduced the feeling of me being in Rotterdam the best. It was a mixture of pure sunshine and stormy weather. White and Black. Light and Darkness. Happiness and Despair.

Soft light bathing the narrow streets.
A shadowplay back and forth.
My eyes closed.
The candid smell of fresh coffee.
The sound of seagulls in my ear.
The appealing warmth on my skin.
I let myself flow.
With.
All the poeple.
All the smells.
All the surroundings.
My eyes open.
Italy.
Iseo. Italy. A warm evening in the Lombardy.
The Sun was setting and my girlfriend and me went for a little walk through the town of Iseo on the search for good gelato. I took my camera with me and tried to immerse myself in the scenery in front of me.
